Founder
Alan founded Magrun LTD, naming the company after the Piramagrun mountains. After graduating Engineering in Basra, I moved to London starting with Mechanical & Electrical installations including; design, system maintenance and installations of heating, ventilations, air-con (HVAC), power distribution, lighting and plumbing.
Combining experience and ideas, I expanded on to full scale property renovations and construction of domestic buildings. With over 35+ years of professional experience in the field, I draw from multiple disciplines to deliver projects defined by precision, functionality, and enduring design.
Process
We see projects start to end, focusing on harmonizing all compartments of construction, ensuring structural integrity and refined execution. We collaborate directly with clients to align function with design intent, then source premium, custom materials through trusted partners. Each project is managed with precision, integrating practical technologies and efficient systems to build spaces that stand on strong foundations.
