This personal project involved the complete demolition and reconstruction of a housee, resulting in a newly built three-storey home with a fully integrated basement level. The structure is reinforced with steel beams and concrete as is most of our structural renovations, providing long-term durability, enhanced insulation, and a secure foundation.

Designed with sustainability at its core, the property features underfloor heating, climate control system, integrated air ventilation and purification. Implemented with new technology, turning emissions into clean, cool energy achieving a carbon-neutral footprint.
