This project involved the full transformation of an existing building into 13 modern, high-specification studio units. Designed with efficiency and comfort in mind, each studio features smart space planning and is fitted with underfloor heating and high ceilings to maximize usable space, enhancing energy efficiency. The result is a sleek, contemporary living environment tailored to modern urban lifestyles.
